The Sky

The sky so blue above our heads,

Often gets rated second best,

Especially on the coast,

Where many prize the sea the most,

But today lookup up and make a toast,

The sky is magnificent azure,

The shade of blue effervescent in its cure,

With trails of candy floss,

Fizzing in mid air,

So for the sky it’s bualadh boss,

In irish that just means applause
