I committed a little while ago to pulling together a menu for a month that was healthy, fairly local, easy to cook, economical to cook and that the total monthly spend would be £50 for 1 person. This would consist of £10 for the main store cupboard items and £10 a week for fruit/veg/protein etc. I know it's possible to live off of £10 a week with a little effort but it was the making it easy and 1 pot and and.....

Whether it’s for yourself or as a present, a couple of pots filled with flowers can brighten up any day and even the smallest of spaces. At such a cheap price we have to spread the word and share the love.
We had a great week and stuck to the £100 budget. We met some fabulous people, left with super-soft skin and I would definitely return again for some relaxation and early sun.
I was a Chelsea virgin up until my first visit to the flower show a couple of weeks ago. Not a cheap day out but well worth it.
We moved into our cottage about 6 years ago, and at that time I thought that a replacement kitchen was going to be at the top of our priority list. We have made some improvements, but haven't I waited long enough?
